What is the order process?
1. Consult: we will recommend the most suitable CNC machines to you after being informed by your requirements.
2. Quotation: We will supply you with our detail quotation according to our consulted machines with the best quality and price.
3. Process Evaluation: Both sides evaluate and discuss the details of the order to exclude any misunderstanding.
4. Deposit Payment : If you have no doubts, we will send you the PI (Proforma Invoice), and you pay deposit.
5. Production: We will arrange the production as soon as receiving deposit.
6. Inspection: We will send your machine photos and video to you.
7. Balance payment: Balance payment after checking machine photos and video.
8. Delivery: We will arrange the delivery as the incoterms confirmed.
9. Custom Clearance: We will supply necessary shipping documents to the buyer for customs clearance.
10. Support and Service: We will offer technical support and service by Phone, Email, Skype, WhatsApp around the clock.
What is the Payment Terms?
1. T/T(Telegraphic Transfer) 30% or 50% deposit to start produce, balance before shipment.
2. L/C at sight is available to buyers where not able to do T/T easily.
